After hurricane Irma, we tried to work with our insurance company for our claim. Dealing with our insurance company was very stressful and we were making no progress with them.

We tried contacting a few public adjusters who were short with us as we didn’t have as much money in damages as others in our area. After we contacted Brian, we immediately knew we were in good hands. He took his time with us and answered our questions.

He treated us like people and not just a paycheck. God forbid there is a next time, but if there is, we will be contacting Pfister Adjusting, Inc. immediately. As well as recommend Brian to all of our family and friends.
